If you work in SEO and really want to stay on top of your game, going to one of the many events and conferences in the UK is a great way to keep refining your knowledge. Attending these events will help you learn about the latest trends and meet other professionals in the industry, ensuring you stay ahead of the curve.

There are countless events across the country throughout the year, so we thought we’d list some of the top conferences in 2025 to help you find the one for you.

Brighton SEO – 10th & 11th April

When it comes to SEO events, BrightonSEO should always be one of the first that you look at. It’s the world’s largest search marketing conference and plays host to some of the best speakers in the SEO space. You’ll be able to attend talks on everything from advanced SEO techniques to how broader issues relate to SEO, like AI and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

There are also a few training courses and networking events, perfect if you’re looking to expend your horizons a bit. Don’t worry if this will be a bit too short notice for you though, as there’ll be another BrightonSEO event in October.

The April event takes place at the Brighton Centre and tickets can be obtained here.

Leeds Digital Festival – 29th April to 1st May

It Works’ local event is Leeds Digital, which takes place at the First Direct Arena in spring. Now entering its tenth year, the festival hosts over 200 events annually, including talks on all of the hot topics in the digital marketing space. There are plenty of social events for those looking to do some networking, too.

Like BrightonSEO, there’s also an Autumn edition which will run from 22nd September to 3rd October.

Digital PR Summit –  8th May

Leeds’ neighbouring conference takes place just a week later at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. Although it’s just one day, there are plenty of activities crammed in, and it’s hyper-relevant to those working in the link building area of SEO. There are talks on international PR, ideation, and measuring success to name just a few.

There are also talks that touch on transferable skills like getting campaigns signed off and dealing with issues like overthinking. As with the other events on this list, there are plenty of networking opportunities as well. Tickets are on general sale now and can be obtained here.

eCommerceExpo – 24th & 25th September

Of course, there’s also an event for those in and around the capital. This is an especially good one for those working for online retailers. It’s attended by over 10,000 eCommerce professionals and hosts countless talks in the area, so you’re bound to find out something useful over the course of the day.

Although this one takes place later in the year, you can already register your interest here.
