Beerhunter is a relatively new company focusing on providing a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to UK consumers. After launching in 2019 they required an agency to develop a multi-channel digital marketing campaign that helps to increase brand awareness within a highly competitive industry.
Our approach
As we were required to develop an integrated strategy our approach was to focus on breaking our approach into two phases:
- Phase 1: Audit all analytics data to ensure accurate insights can be achieved. Implement heat, click maps, visitor recordings and consumer feedback surveys to highlight any potential friction points
- Phase 2: test updates to messaging, conversion funnels and payment options as well as visual changes to make primary CTA more prominent.
Work with their development teams to provide a series of recommendations and technical updates to not only improve front-end design but also backend technology to help increase page load times and back-end admin.
The results
Immediately after the first round of recommendations was published, we tracked a 15% increase in average order values and a 35% increase in conversion rates.
These increases remained level even with significant increases in traffic volumes and further multivariate testing and updates to server technology should help to provide further increases over the next 2-3 months.
